Course covers operational and project management content along with techniques on how to manage projects through 3rd parties with different time zones and cultures.
BCT-03: Creating Effective Contract Terms and Labor Rate Structures
Provides an in-depth look at creating a Master Services Agreement and what features should be included in an outsourcing contract. Course covers terms that give business advantage to companies and strategy / structure of labor rates.
BCT-04: Managing Outsourced Projects Successfully
Provides optimal models for team structures for various work functions and operational models for initiating and managing projects in an outsourced environment. Course covers project management techniques, meeting frequency and issue identification, tracking, and resolution, and measurement techniques for service performance level compliance.
BCT-05: Metrics Development
Detailed information on the value and purpose of metrics in an outsourcing program.
